As far back as I can remember, I have been involved in creating art in some fashion, from drawing on the borders of any book I could find and constantly doodling to drawing on the sidewalk with chalk. I started with a very realism-based style, as I think most artists do, trying to replicate what we are looking at. Realistic art was what I enjoyed doing from portraits to landscapes and more. I was a bit of a snob as I couldn’t see the value or reasoning in abstract or impressionist art stylings. However, as I grew older, I started wanting to experiment with different colors, shapes, and styles, and create my unique vision of art.

That’s how I developed my current style, which is a fusion of realism and abstraction. I use vibrant colors and dynamic patterns to create a contrast between the realistic and the surreal, the familiar and the unknown, the ancient and the modern. I also use humor, irony, and symbolism to add some depth and meaning to my art. My goal is to create art that is not only visually appealing but also engaging, fun, and challenging for me.
